Diplomat Plates

It's kind of funny how you can forget about something you found so common before. Like diplomat license plates. I don't see them in California, so I forgot all about them, but in the DC area, they are reasonably common. They're kind of like BMW drivers in California--you can pretty much count on them to be jerks on the road. Okay, I don't know if that's true, but it is what I recall thinking when I was young.
