Fancy Tea

It turns out I learned a lot of things that were useful on our backpacking trip in my listening comprehension class. We had read about Confucius' home town, how the train numbers are assigned, and different types of food around China. We also read about this famous tea house in Beijing near Qian Men. Perry, Mike's brother, took us there on Sunday. The place is quite soothing and has some really visually fancy tea. They tied together green tea leaves and flowers into a bulb so that when you pour hot water into it, it blossoms.
