Agelessness

In reference to guessing the age of Chinese people, a friend of mine once said "anywhere from 12 to 40, I wouldn't be surprised." Well I had lunch with my listening comprehension teacher from last semester yesterday because she was the only one about my age (the others were 60+) and I had kept her informed of my travels. I had really thought she was around my age because because she acted fairly mature and didn't try to be all cutsy like a lot of other Asians in their 20s. But it turns out she is only 22! And she thought I was younger than her! She thought I was still in college and at BLCU as part of an exchange program.
