Tokyo

Tokyo is big. We are staying in Shinjuku. The first full day here, we walked around the Ginza and Shibuya areas (I think). We had really yummy udon and the owner there gave us a free bowl of cold noodles and sake to go along with the large bowl of soup noodles we had ordered. If anyone comes here, check out Sakata in Ginza (look it up in Lonely Planet). We also managed to go to the Meiji Shrine which I quite liked (amazingly). I ate more ice cream.

At night we went to eat with Clare, a friend of ours from high school. She's been working here for the past 1.5 years. She ordered for us. Yummy!
